After a week of maturing, Victoria Cove Smoked Camembert is naturally smoked with a blend of Australian hardwood chips. Once smoked, the rind of the cheese loses its fluffy, white mould and appears bare. The mould then re-grows over the coming weeks as the cheese continues to mature. Victoria Cove is the beautiful Eastern outlook from Cape Wickham, at the most northern tip of King Island.
Top Tip: This cheese has distinct savoury flavour tones so try serving it along with cornichons or pickled onions and cured meats. Enjoy with a craft beer.
