Furneaux Decadently Creamy

Furneaux is a rich double cream cheese with an ultra-smooth texture, made in the French style. It was named after Captain Tobias Furneaux, who accompanied James Cook on his expeditions around Tasmania.


Top Tip: Enjoy Furneaux simply on its own or with fresh baguette, almond or fruit bread and poached pears, fresh figs and toasted hazelnuts.
