In the 1800s, its wild beaches were strewn with countless, tragic shipwrecks. Today, the herds that graze on its pristine, wind-swept pastures produce some of the purest, sweetest milk in the world. With a heritage in dairy since the early 1900s, our coveted milk is collected by the dairy every day, where our highly skilled craftsmen make world class and award winning specialty cheese and dairy products.
